How can I return my order?
It is possible to return the jewel within 14 days of receipt.
The jewel must be returned unworn, not altered, new and in its original packaging with labels. Returned jewelry from Ameloti can be exchanged for a gift voucher or other chosen jewelry of the same purchase value.
Can I exchange my jewel for another item?
After approval of the return, you can choose another jewel, other size or color. If it is in stock we will send it to you within 3 days, if the item is not in stock, you can add the production time depending on the jewel.
To get the return approved you need to send an e-mail to hello@ameloti.com with the request for a return and also some informations why you decide to return the purchased items.
We won't judge your reason, we just want to learn and improve our customer experience.
What about gift cards?
Not ready to choose yet? Request your gift certificate. The gift certificate remains valid for 6 months on the entire Ameloti web shop.

Can I return personalized or bespoke items?
We cannot take back jewellery that has been personalized, customized for the customer or engraved. Jewels that are made on request of the customer also belong to the personalized jewels and cannot be taken back.
We do always help out when there is an issue like size or other. And we are happy to help solve whatever you need.
What should and should not appear on the return package?
When returning items, the Ameloti Diamond Jewellery name should not appear on the shipping box or shipping label to prevent possible theft.
Please always contact Ameloti customer service prior to a return to ensure presence when the parcel is arriving. Any return not agreed upon by email will not be accepted.
Can items be delivered outside the EU?
Yes we can ship outside the EU.
However we need to make sure we comply with your countries import regulations and customs procedures.
If you like us to ship something to your outside EU country. Please contact our customer service team, we love to help you out.
For the moment we don't take anything back/return when shipped outside the EU.
How to safely return the items?
Choose a secure and insured return. Send the package back within 14 days of receipt.
Ameloti cannot be held responsible for damage- theft or loss of the returned package by the customer, please choose an insured return.
How do we process your return?
Upon arrival of the returned package, we will check the package, the jewel and any documents such as certificates or other initial extras sent along within 5 days. We will confirm receipt of the package to the customer by email. If the returned package and contents are no longer in returnable condition we will not be able to refund the amount.
Ameloti reserves the right to reject the returned package if it is no longer compliant and return it to the customer, at the customer's expense.
